zabaione
licorice liquor (Calabria)
peanut brittle
- make peanut brittle ahead of time
- make ice cream using the espresso and star anise
- make zabaione using liquor
- put scoop of ice cream in a martini glass
- put a couple of chips of peanut brittle alongside the ice cream
- pour over zabaione while still warm (not hot as it will melt the ice cream too quickly)
