A unique combo discovered at the Mandarin Barcelona's Bankers Bar. I think probably best to use the oilier, saltier Spanish crisps as the honey will serve as an even starker contrast.
spanish potato crisps/chips
runny honey
- put crisps in a bowl
- drizzle with honey and serve
