• mooli, red radish, celeriac carpaccio, pomegranate & truffle vinaigrette
• eclairs aux chocolats

• mini shells with pancetta, tomato & cream sauce
• ham, fontina and truffle toasties
• treviso radicchio & toasted hazelnuts
