spaghetti
EVOO
garlic
best quality salted anchovies
best quality tinned marzano tomatoes
green olives, roughly chopped
house-dried oregano
parmesan
- saute garlic in EVOO, remove when golden
- add anchovies, saute until they melt
- add olives and oregano, let saute a while
- add a few tinned tomatoes-don't overpower-let cook for 15 minutes or so on low heat
- stir in spaghetti 2 minutes short, saute further
- serve on hot plates, with parmesan if you like
