Chestnut Trofie & Pesto

One will find this in just about every restaurant in the hills above Genoa. Can be made with walnut pesto as well. Yummmmmm!

pesto
parmesan
  1. make chestnut trofie
  2. make pesto using recipe from previous post
  3. mix together, serve on a hot plate, add more parmesan
