ryvita crackers
smoked salmon
creme fraiche
horseradish (fresh)
dill
butter
lemon rind
juice of lemon
salt
- mix 1 part horseradish to 5 parts creme fraiche, squeeze lemon juice and add salt to taste
- break crackers up into bite size pieces
- spread butter on cracker
- layer with slice of salmon
- sprinkle lemon rind
- squeeze tad of lemon juice
- put a spoonful of creme fraiche mixture on top
- sprinkle fresh dill
