- cucumber with cream & tarragon
- grated carrots & mimolette
- celeri remoulade & smoked salmon
- scallops in their shell, Nobu-style
- lasagnette pesto
- black pepper black cod with balsamic reduction
- ricotta & home-made chili jam
- home-made pistachio ice cream & chocolate cookies
