Favorite Root Beers

This entry is inspired by a deliciously smooth root beer I had at Momofuku. Other brands and observations to follow.
  • Sprecher (Wisconsin): peppery
  • Fitz (Montana): sweeter than the Sprecher as it's made with cane sugar
