Mushroom on Toast & Burrata

I am not sure where I saw this, but have it scribbled on a paper. There are many variations of this, but very happy with this particular idea.

peasant bread
best wild mushrooms
garlic
lemon
burrata
EVOO
ground black pepper
malden sea salt
  1. grill some slices of bread
  2. saute mushrooms in butter, garlic and seasoning
  3. top off with a little lemon
  4. scatter on toast with burrata on side 
  5. drizzle EVOO over everything
