Paris Observations
Some napkin scribbles from various Parisian bistrots:
sliced fresh mushrooms, yoghurt, tarragon, lemon (Gaya)
campari-pickled beets, razor clams, cheddar, puree (Gaya)
a mashed potato with cantal (Gaya)
Ventadour (Badoit-like water)
