Paris Observations

Some napkin scribbles from various Parisian bistrots:

  • sliced fresh mushrooms, yoghurt, tarragon, lemon (Gaya)
  • campari-pickled beets, razor clams, cheddar, puree (Gaya)
  • a mashed potato with cantal (Gaya)
  • Ventadour (Badoit-like water)
